If You have a Nokia Mobile :

If you have a Nokia mobile any model supporting internet. Visit this site from your Nokia browser

Install latest compatible version of opera mini on your phone.

                                                  Visit www.medicalentrytest.com

                                                                 And you will see the test.

IF You Have an Android or IPhone :
